WE SURVEYED THE TOP 100 US PUBLIC COMPANIES 43% 7 23% 75% NONE of the Top 100 Companies have a forum selection bylaw provision, and 84% of the IPO companies surveyed adopted an exclusive forum provision. of board seats at the Top 100 Companies are held by women, and 13 of these companies have a female CEO. of the 32 compensation-related shareholder proposals passed a vote. 62% Pledging policies at the Top 100 Companies have increased since 2013. of the Top 100 Companies were the target of an activist campaign in 2016. of the Top 100 Companies have included some form of alternative pay disclosures in their CD&A.
