As was the case with the 2016 Top 100 Companies, the 2017
Top 100 Companies disclosed that, in addition to board
members, a variety of members of senior management
engaged with shareholders. In both years companies
disclosed that their CEO, CFO, General Counsel, Corporate
Secretary, Head of Investor Relations and Head of Human
Resources were involved in the engagement process.
