Rita Ghanem Shearman & Sterling LLP Rita Ghanem is an associate in the project development and finance practice. She has var- ied Latin America project finance experience, advising both lenders and sponsors, leading financial institutions, US government agencies, and multinational corporate clients in con- nection with project financings, as well as acquisition financings, of energy and renewa- bles projects in Chile, Mexico and other countries in Latin America.
