We are also advising, among many other high-profile projects and transactions, on the following: • Fortescue Future Industries on the world's largest green hydrogen supply chain transaction, a joint venture with E.ON to supply up to 5 million tons of green hydrogen per year to Europe by 2030, as well as numerous other transactions around the world; • JERA on its mega-scale program to procure clean ammonia for co-firing in Japanese power stations; • ADNOC on the largest ammonia project in the world (with Fertiglobe, Mitsui and GS Energy) in Abu Dhabi; • Uniper on offtake from the Hyport Duqm Green Ammonia Project in Oman; • EverWind Fuels on Canada's first green hydrogen and ammonia export project; • Casa dos Ventos and Comerc on a green hydrogen project in Brazil; • OCP on a green ammonia pilot project with Shell in Morocco; • ENEL on the one of the largest green hydrogen projects in the United States; and • The U.S. Department of Energy on the largest turquoise hydrogen (methane pyrolysis) project in the world.
