The practices of nonpublic companies, including State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, New York Life Insurance Company, Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association-College Retirement Equities Fund, Liberty Mutual Insurance, CHS Inc., GMAC Commercial Holding Capital Corp., HCA Inc. and Publix Super Markets, Inc. were not examined. The practices of General Motors Corporation, Wyeth, Enterprise GP Holdings L.P. and Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. were also not examined.
