The number of companies that identified gender/gender identity remains at 99, while the number of companies that identified race/ethnicity increased from 98 companies in 2022 to 99 companies in 2023. Various other categories that were presented included age, the cultural background of directors, such as national origin, citizenship and place of birth and tenure.
